Great to meet you!

With over 21 years of experience, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of methods, including CBT, attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. I work with a diverse range of clients, particularly those navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, attachment issues, self-esteem challenges, family dynamics, grief and loss, and Autism. I also have extensive experience supporting Adult Children of Alcoholics. My goal is to provide a compassionate, flexible therapeutic environment to help individuals heal, grow, and find balance in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working in the mental health field in various capacities, including inpatient settings, school therapist, outpatient therapist, and in private practice. I utilize a broad range of techniques, from traditional talk therapy to skills training. While I do not offer couples counseling, I specialize in helping individuals navigate relationships.

What you can expect from me

As human beings, we all long to feel connected, worthy of love, accepted by others and ourselves, and fulfilled in our lives. I am committed to helping you unlock your potential. Please feel free to reach out via call or email. Currently, I am offering teletherapy sessions.
