Great to meet you!

I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, major life adjustments, eating disorders, autism spectrum concerns, tic disorders, and OCD.

My approach to therapy

I’m certified through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in specialty treatment for Tourette’s Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and I also have extensive experience with behavior modification, parent training, and women’s issues. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each person’s needs, with the goal of helping clients build confidence, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In addition to therapy, I bring training and expertise as a life and business coach, which allows me to support clients who are working toward both personal growth and professional goals.
