Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who has been supporting people in the mental health field since 2009. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that recognizes the connection between our experiences, emotions, bodies, relationships, and sense of self.

I work primarily with adults who are navigating developmental and relational trauma, anxiety, burnout, stressful relationship patterns, life transitions, low self-worth, and the lasting effects of past experiences and current pressures in a volatile and uncertain world. I’m especially drawn to working with people who are accustomed to being there for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with themselves and feel a sense of hope, empowerment, and renewed inner strength.

My approach integrates EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic and nervous-system-informed work, inner child work, mindfulness, meditation, and visualization. Above all, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel understood, explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, and develop greater self-trust as you move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I incorporate EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic awareness, inner child work, mindfulness, guided imagery, and other practices that support emotional healing and integration.

I also have a background in energy modalities, meditation, and spiritual exploration, which has influenced my understanding of healing as a whole-person experience. I honor that each person has their own beliefs, values, and ways of understanding themselves. Our work together is always shaped around what feels authentic and supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they feel comfortable, understood, and supported in our work together. I strive to create a space where you can show up as yourself—with honesty, curiosity, compassion, and humor.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change.

Our first session is a place where we both bring our curiosity and questions so we can ensure that moving forward feels hopeful and aligned. I don't follow a script or intake form, and I don't type or do paperwork while we are together. Even through a screen, our nervous systems can get a lot of valuable information about our interactions, and I encourage you to take time to feel into whether it feels "right" for you, and highly encourage you to shop around for the right therapeutic fit if you have the capacity and time!
