Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving youth ages 6–24 and families, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My person-centered, solution-focused approach integrates solution-focused strategies to help clients navigate challenges, process emotions, and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

I work with youth and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, and related concerns. My training includes DBT, IFS, Play Therapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment, and family systems therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify your strengths and goals, and begin creating a personalized path forward. My energetic, solution-oriented approach means we’ll focus not only on challenges, but also on practical steps toward meaningful change.
