Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized mental health care. My professional background includes supporting individuals through medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and mental wellness services with a focus on treating the whole person. I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to partner with each client to develop a treatment plan that supports emotional wellness, stability, and long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. I work with clients to better understand their symptoms, life experiences, strengths, and treatment goals. I provide supportive, evidence-based care through psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and ongoing wellness planning. My focus is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward emotional stability and improved mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where they can openly share their concerns and goals. During the first session, we will review symptoms, history, current needs, and treatment options. Together, we will begin creating a personalized plan to support stability, healing, and overall mental wellness.
