Jennifer Messix

My name is Jenn Messix, and I am a proud native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where my commitment to community and wellness first took root. I began my career as an Emergency Department nurse and went on to work in multiple behavioral health environments, including urgent care, PHP, acute inpatient units, and residential treatment centers. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about helping children, teenagers, and young adults feel supported, understood, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.

I provide compassionate, non‐judgmental, and patient‐centered care, meeting each individual exactly where they are on their journey and partnering with them to reach their goals. My approach is holistic, integrating lifestyle‐based strategies alongside prescription medications. I am deeply committed to promoting mental wellness, reducing stigma, and creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
