Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 20 years of experience.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual counseling for adults, specializing in women’s issues. I work well with clients navigating life transitions and who are experiencing anxiety. I also offer a structured, relationship-focused program for couples who want to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen their connection, called Prepare/Enrich. My approach is integrative and holistic, blending elements from different therapeutic methods and tailoring treatment to your needs. I combine insight-based, cognitive-based, relational, and mindfulness-based therapies. In your sessions, we will work on gaining insight into the issues you are facing and tuning into your body and your intuition (where you experience sensations, feelings, images, and thoughts) to help you feel better. For couples, we will focus on understanding interaction patterns, improving communication skills, and building healthier ways of relating to one another.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm and safe environment for exploration. I am also an advocate, a spiritual soul searcher, and a truth seeker. My calling is to help you tune into your intuition and heart so that you can lead a life that aligns with your true self. I believe everyone can heal themselves and that, intuitively, everyone knows what they need to feel fulfilled. While working together, we will work on helping you access and reclaim your unique strengths and inner resources.
