I have a master's degree in Social Work, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in a diverse array of professional settings across the lifespan. This allows me to view each individual developmentally, in their unique environment, facing life circumstances based on varying factors.
I am warm, open-minded, and affirmative. I believe each client holds strengths, which is where the power to transform and heal exist. I view therapy as a sounding board to hear one's own thoughts out loud, and serve as a compassionate guide to discovering each persons unique answers for well-being.
Client's will learn skills in self-awareness, and build confidence to listen to their own intuition. Each client will walk away with practical skills to be applied to their individual circumstances, and confidence to explore any life challenges that come their way with grace and self-belief.
