Great to meet you!

My clients are the “overthinkers” in the world...with big feelings that are hard to explain. They feel misunderstood, lonely and isolated while striving to please others at the expense of themselves. They’re exhausted, overworked, and over-stressed, feeling like they’re never enough. They have a vision for life, but aren’t sure how to bring it together, especially after a life-changing event. They're also eager for change.

Does this sound like you? If so, I warmly welcome you to my practice.

My approach to therapy

When working together, you will find that I am deeply present, engaged and empathetic. Our work together will be built on your inherent curiosity about your own experience, and will be dialogue-based, relying on deep, reflective conversations with profound, open-ended questions that encourage self-exploration rather than formulaic interventions or skills development. Within that framework, my approach will be tailored to your individual needs and existential concerns, drawing from mindfulness approaches, narrative therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

What you can expect from me

Clients have said they appreciate my ability to be "real" with them while also being sensitive, empathetic, and professional. As such, I provide open and honest feedback related to your goals in a gentle, meaningful and actionable way, and can help you quiet the spinning thoughts in your head while gaining a solid sense of direction for your future. I welcome any and all questions you might have, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
