Great to meet you!

I'm Jennifer, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience and advanced training in psychiatric care. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I work collaboratively with each individual to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, and other evidence-based interventions. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported in a welcoming, judgment-free environment as we work together toward improved mental wellness. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe that behind every diagnosis is a unique individual with their own experiences, strengths, and goals. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being your authentic self.

Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, which may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle strategies, or a combination of approaches. I believe in educating and empowering my clients, so we'll openly discuss your treatment options, answer your questions, and make decisions together. My goal is not only to help relieve symptoms, but to support your long-term emotional wellness and help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to treatment, your mental and physical health history, current challenges, lifestyle, and personal goals. I'll take the time to listen, answer your questions, and gain a complete understanding of your unique experiences.

By the end of our session, we'll review treatment options together and develop a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle recommendations, or a combination of approaches. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and hopeful, with the confidence that you have a compassionate partner supporting you every step of the way.
