Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jenn! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Smith College and am also a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented—I partner with you to set small, achievable steps that lead to meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re managing career challenges, relationships, or overwhelming emotions, I’m here to help you create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. With extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Health and Wellness Coaching, I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. My style is warm, empathic, and encouraging, fostering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical strategies for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to walk away from our sessions feeling empowered and motivated to make positive changes in their lives. My warm and encouraging approach is designed to help you feel not just heard, but truly understood.
