Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, families and adults navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, and I tailor therapy to each client's unique strengths and goals. I also have experience supporting individuals coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns and complex medical challenges, helping them build practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change. I especially enjoy working with adults, including women who are pregnant, postpartum or adjusting to motherhood.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported and genuinely understood. I embody the ORCA method, described as being open, respectful, curious and accountable (to social power).

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy and exploring what you'd like to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a warm, supportive and nonjudgemental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll identify your strengths, clarify your goals and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.
