Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges—and 7 years as a licensed therapist—I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns and take meaningful steps toward personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices to help you thrive—not just survive.

I specialize in helping individuals build coping skills, improve social functioning, and manage behaviors that may be impacting daily life. I have several years of experience working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disorder, and other developmental disorders. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply want to improve your overall well-being, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.

Modalities I use include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Family Systems Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Solution-Focused Therapy

It would be my pleasure to support you in your journey toward a more fulfilling, empowered life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that life should be enjoyable—and that includes therapy. While we’ll absolutely address serious issues, I aim to keep our sessions lighthearted and approachable when it’s appropriate. Humor, warmth, and genuine connection can be powerful tools for healing.

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what goals you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll collaborate on a personalized treatment plan that’s:

  • Specific to your needs and concerns
  • Measurable, so we can track your progress
  • Achievable, based on where you are right now
  • Relevant to your values, goals, and lifestyle
  • Time-specific, giving you a general idea of what to expect

Therapy is a process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way

What you can expect from me

My goal is for every client to leave each session feeling more empowered than when they arrived. If you're not making progress, then I'm not fulfilling my responsibility. I value honest, constructive feedback and will always offer the same in return
