As a dedicated Bilingual Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of clinical experience and two decades spent working in various capacities. I have cultivated a deep passion for supporting children, families, and communities. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, my heritage has profoundly shaped my perspective, allowing me to connect with diverse populations and understand the unique challenges they face. My culturally competent practices are ethically driven, strengths based and trauma informed, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and understood.

I like to use a variety of modalities dependent on the needs of the client and the situation. I am well versed in a variety of modalities such as Client centered, Trauma Informed, CBT and DBT to name a few. I believe most clients benefit from a combination of modalities and strategies to find success in their journey.

My goal is to empower you as a client to feel supported and capable of making choices that are best in your life. It is very important to me to consistently remind each client that they are the expert in their life and best fit to manage it in alcapacities.
