Hi all! Jen here :) I'm a clinical social worker with nearly 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families through avenues such as case management, crisis intervention, and educational intervention.

Everyone has their own story and deserve an individualized approach to care. Should we work together, we’ll act as collaborators in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me to establish a strong rapport as the essential foundation to our therapeutic relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

I like to start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing, being vulnerable, and also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in following sessions to make these goals a reality for you.
