Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a graduate of Central Michigan University. I am licensed in the state of Michigan. I have 15 years of experience supporting adults and families. I practice being healthy through exercising and healthy eating most days. I enjoy listening to music and watching old comedies, A quote I built my new chapter in life on is: Old Ways Don't Open New Doors.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients through the processes of active listening, empathy, and unconditional regard, I create a respectful and safe space for clients and their presenting problem. I collaborate with client to formulate a realistic journey to restoration. I support clients in forgiving and restoring their brokenness to themselves and others, If you are challenged with inner critiques, parenting, and life transitions, I am here to help you resolve the problem that currently exist in your life.

What you can expect from me

My initial session with you is very important. We take this time to listen to your experience without judgment. You will take away a renewed sense of self compassion, new patterns of behaviors, gift of acceptance, establishing healthy boundaries, and strategies that support consistency, and a greater vision for life. It's a partnership from the beginning to the end that I look forward to.
