My approach to therapy

By using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Jennifer assists clients with connecting the dots between their daily emotions, beliefs, and resulting behaviors. Jennifer has completed continuing education with the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Institute of Michigan and is trained in EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Jennifer approached mental healthcare in a way that recognizes the role of an individual's personal history on their emotions, behaviors, and perspective.

Often individuals seek mental health therapy to decrease the duration, frequency, and intensity of their emotional and psychological symptoms while also building capacity for coping and resilience.

Telehealth video sessions for clients age 16 and above offered.
