Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I earned my MSW from Stockton University with a focus on clinical social work and have spent the past decade helping individuals navigate co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, providing a safe space to heal, strengthen relationships, and grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered around your unique needs. I work primarily with adults of all ages who are looking to address trauma, substance use issues, co-dependency, family dynamics, and mood disorders. Using a trauma-informed approach, I focus a supportive environment where you can explore and heal at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with greater self-understanding and validation of their journey. Healing is a process that doesn’t have to be faced alone. Each session offers a safe space to explore new perspectives and embrace change. Through a supportive, collaborative approach, we’ll build trust and work together toward growth, authenticity, and a renewed sense of possibility. My goal is to empower you to move forward with confidence and a deeper sense of clarity about your path.
