Great to meet you!

My clients include mothers who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and feelings of burn-out. Additional client concerns often include resentment or rage toward a partner, not feeling like who you were prior to giving birth to your child and feeling as though you are not a good mom or can’t keep it together like “all the other moms.”

I also work with young adults who struggle with people pleasing, setting healthy boundaries with others, relationship issues and intergenerational trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, nurturing, and collaborative. I utilize trauma-focused and client-centered approaches while highlighting your strengths.
