Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and a Certified Nature-Informed Practitioner. I support people navigating anxiety, life transitions, and that deep, confusing feeling of “What am I even doing with my life?” My work blends nature-based healing with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but I also hold space for questioning the systems these approaches come from. Western therapy models were created within oppressive frameworks, and I believe in naming that, not ignoring it. In our work together, I’ll offer education and options so you can decide how you want to engage in healing—whether that’s learning to function within societal systems, or stepping outside of them to embrace your authenticity and roots.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and often infused with nature metaphors, a little humor, and a lot of care. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you get space from unhelpful thoughts and take action aligned with your values—but I don’t treat these tools as one-size-fits-all. You get to choose the direction of our work and how much or little you want to engage with traditional models; I'll be transparent about my knowledge related to the oppressive systems these models are built on, and I'll share both benefits and risks of engaging with these systems. I center your lived experience and welcome complexity, contradiction, and cultural context into the space. We can explore how to survive, subvert, or reimagine systems—not just cope within them.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that’s affirming, down-to-earth, and open to the full range of your emotions, identities, and experiences. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with what matters most to you, increasing your emotional flexibility, and building a life that works for you—not just one that looks good on paper. You'll gain practical tools for managing anxiety, navigating transitions, and making empowered decisions from a place of alignment, not fear. And if we laugh a little (or a lot) along the way, even better. Healing can be real and deep—and still feel human.
