Great to meet you!

I’ve gained broad experience through filling various roles in three different county mental health agencies in the state of Oregon over the past twelve years. I work with individuals age 14 and up and tend to work with many in the helping professions as well as first responders. I use ACT and DBT interventions and my goal is for you to feel truly seen and heard in our sessions, and to create an environment where you feel safe and supported.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, with an open mind and heart, ready to explore whatever comes up. My goal is simply for you to feel well, whatever that means for you, and there are countless paths we can take together to get there. I’m not here to dictate your journey, but rather to walk alongside you, helping you uncover insights and perspectives that might be hidden from view when you’re in the thick of things.

What you can expect from me

Clients have often described me as a calming presence with a straightforward approach. I want to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and the world around you, whether that’s through exploring your past, processing difficult emotions, or learning practical coping skills.
