Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. :) As a licensed therapist with 15 years treating diverse mental health concerns, I have learned that my clients story matters most. Our story shapes our viewpoint and how we approach the world.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is multi-faceted, but predominantly open and relaxed; it begins in the first session where I work to help you feel comfortable and earn your trust. We'll discuss what brings you in, what matters to you and what you think you might want to work on. I believe that every person has within themselves the power to accomplish anything they choose to, it's figuring out the direction and gathering the courage to take those first steps.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, understood, and encouraged. We will be practicing techniques and/or skills in session and you will be encouraged to continue practicing between sessions as well. Therapy only works if you want it to.
