Great to meet you!

I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and vocational consultant who helps adults feel steadier, clearer, and more confident at work and in life. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed; juggling careers, caregiving, recovery, or major transitions while quietly carrying anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt. Others are navigating concerns about returning to work, workplace stress, or feeling stuck in roles that no longer fit.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and compassionate. I blend evidence-based therapy with real-world career and workplace insight so sessions feel useful, not abstract. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space that feels both supportive and goal-focused where emotional well-being and functional progress are treated as equally important.

I offer telehealth services designed to meet you where you are, reduce overwhelm, and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My professional style is person-centered, creating a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and valued. I approach each interaction with a validating and supportive mindset, ensuring clients know their experiences and perspectives are recognized. While I take my work seriously, I bring a light-hearted presence that fosters comfort, openness, and trust. I am also solution-focused, helping others identify strengths, reframe challenges, and work toward practical and meaningful outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with the understanding that there is strength in our imperfections, and that growth comes not from being flawless, but from embracing authenticity and resilience. Together, we focus on turning challenges into opportunities for healing, clarity, and confidence.
