Great to meet you!

I've been a therapist for 18 years and absolutely love working with my clients and community. I feel that everyone deserves the opportunity to process, evolve, and heal. I would love the opportunity to walk beside you as we navigate this journey together. I work with individuals, families, and offer EMDR services. Mostly focusing on trauma, Borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety, relationships, attachments, life changes, and existential exploration.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective. I believe in a strong therapist/client relationship, and radical genuineness. I will have your back, but challenge you when needed, to get you to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

First sessions usually include collecting historical information, completing a genogram, and discussing future treatment. And just getting to know each other.
