Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and I see my role as helping you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and find tools that fit who you are and where you want to go.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, including members of the LGBTIA+ community, and have experience supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, identity questioning and transitions, parenting support, family dynamics, and life transitions. Whether you’re processing something painful, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. It is a privilege to be invited into people’s stories, to hold space for their vulnerabilities, and to walk alongside them as they heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, LGBTIA+ affirming, and rooted in an anti-racist, feminist, holistic, mindful, and social justice-oriented framework. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work together to your individual needs, values, and goals because what works well for one person may not be the right fit for another.

What you can expect from me

I know that life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. Seeking support takes courage, and I deeply value the trust clients place in me. One of the greatest privileges of my work is building genuine relationships with people and creating a space where they can show up exactly as they are.
