Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a bilingual therapist who helps individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. I bring both clinical expertise and real-life understanding into my work, especially when it comes to parenting, relationships, and high-stress situations.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported-while also helping you build real, practical tools you can use in your everyday life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like CBT and solution-focused therapy, but I tailor each session to you, because no two people are the same.

I focus on helping you understand patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build skills that actually work outside of session. I’ll support you, but I’ll also gently challenge you so you can grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you, your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to change. There’s no pressure and no judgment.

We’ll begin identifying patterns, setting clear goals, and creating a plan that feels realistic and manageable. Most clients leave feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
