Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can be exhausting and, at times, discouraging. You need someone you can connect with while also getting the support, encouragement, and clinical expertise you so desperately need to handle what you are walking through.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to help my clients work through the difficulties that life can bring.

I tell all of my new clients, give it three sessions to see if we are a good therapeutic fit. If after three sessions, it does not look like we are a good fit; I will do my best to help you find a new therapist. I understand the pain that life can bring. I desire that everyone would get the help they need to live a healthy, fulfilled life.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style draws from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy. In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify where you’re facing challenges and set goals to address them. By building a positive and trusting relationship, I aim to support your mental health, help you heal, and develop healthy coping skills so you can enjoy the quality of life you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session gives us an opportunity to get to know each other. I’ll use your intake form to guide our conversation and find out about your needs as well as your reasons for wanting to get into therapy. Together, we’ll set your therapy goals so our sessions stay focused on what matters most to you.
