Great to meet you!

I bring more than 25 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I studied at Oxford in England, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping many people feel more understood, supported, and hopeful. I work with clients of all ages and aim to create care that feels thoughtful, compassionate, and personal. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and cat.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, welcoming, and grounded in safety. I use evidence-based methods, including problem-solving therapy, cognitive behavioral family therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and cognitive processing therapy, based on each person’s individual needs. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and identity-related issues. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported as we work toward healing and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an open-minded and supportive space to talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll begin exploring your experiences, discuss what healing and peace could look like for you, and talk through a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, comfortable, and encouraged about the work ahead.
