Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and deeply curious — qualities I bring into every session. I offer a grounded, compassionate presence where you can feel safe to explore whatever’s coming up for you, without judgment. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you with care and respect as you navigate your unique path.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a compassionate, collaborative space where your story is honored and your healing is supported. My work is deeply trauma-informed, and I understand how past experiences — especially those rooted in pain, disconnection, or overwhelm — can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, healing from trauma, or seeking deeper meaning, I meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect.

I also welcome and integrate a spiritual lens when it’s meaningful to you. Whether that means drawing from faith, mindfulness, a connection to something greater, or your own sense of purpose, I believe healing involves the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward greater connection, clarity, and peace.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more seen, grounded, and connected — both to themselves and to what matters most. You can expect to walk away with a deeper understanding of your inner world, greater clarity around your patterns or emotions, and a sense that your experiences are held with care and without judgment.

Our work may not always bring immediate answers, but it will create space for insight, relief, and meaningful shifts over time. Whether we’re exploring trauma, relationships, identity, or spiritual questions, my hope is that you leave each session feeling a bit more empowered, aligned, and supported in your journey.
