Are you used to handling responsibilities, managing pressure, and pushing through, often without taking time to focus on yourself? Over time, that catches up: stress, burnout, frustration, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. If you’re tired of carrying everything on your own, this is where we start. I work primarily with men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or under pressure to hold everything together. Many of the men I work with struggle internally with stress, addiction, emotional control, relationships, or a lack of clarity about who they are and what they want.
