Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are deep thinkers who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, anger, chronic stress, or health-related concerns. They are often seeking clarity, understanding, and lasting change rather than surface-level fixes.

My approach is trauma-informed, values-aligned, and grounded in integrated mental and behavioral health care. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic principles to help clients understand what is happening beneath the surface and translate insight into meaningful action. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and respectful, focused on patterns, relationships, and the systems shaping your life.

I offer online counseling and work with individuals who are ready to engage in real work that supports sustainable growth, resilience, and a more intentional way of living.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is active, collaborative, and grounded in understanding patterns rather than chasing symptoms. I work from a trauma-informed, values-aligned, and integrated behavioral health perspective, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic principles.

Together, we focus on making sense of what is happening beneath the surface, including emotional responses, relationship dynamics, and the systems influencing your life. Therapy is a space for honest reflection, practical insight, and intentional change. The goal is not short-term relief alone, but greater clarity, steadiness, and the ability to respond to life in ways that align with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful, structured 90-minute intake focused on understanding what brings you in and how your experiences, relationships, and stressors connect over time. We will talk about current concerns, relevant history, and what you want to be different, at a pace that feels respectful and manageable.

The first session is not about fixing everything. It is about building context, clarifying goals, and determining whether my approach is the right fit. You can expect an active conversation, practical questions, and space to reflect, not pressure or assumptions. By the end, we will have a shared understanding of next steps and how therapy may support meaningful change.
