Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional (LCMHC) with a wide array of experience, not only as a counselor, but as a father, a mentor, and a coach. My work focuses mainly around depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, bereavement, dissociative disorders, schizophrenia, and gender identity challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel seen and heard. My approach is client-centered and tailored to individual needs and goals. I work with teens and adults, addressing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, and gender-related issues.

My style is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. I prioritize building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship while still challenging clients when necessary to promote self-awareness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

The outcomes I aim for include greater self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Clients will gain a deeper understanding of their thought patterns, behaviors, and relationships, leading to healthier coping strategies and more fulfilling connections. Together, we identify specific goals tailored to each individual. Clients will develop resilience and a sense of empowerment as they work toward personal growth.
