Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience working in mental health, community programs and schools, I bring an eclectic point of view to address the array of emotional support needs that my community has. I consider myself a therapist to parents, children and adolescents, and young to middle age adults navigating today's societal demands. I'm grateful to share my knowledge, experience and expertise with you as we "get through this thing called life".

My approach to therapy

I meet clients and families where they are at. I know it has taken thought, energy, and planning to be here looking for help. I like to think of my approach to therapy as a way to help you achieve your dreams by identifying the barriers and challenges along the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session with me will be gathering important background information that is relevant to our work together as well as answering any questions you have about therapy. Therapy can be focused or exploratory depending on what you are needing to get out of it.
