Jeri Jefferys

Welcome to Live Addiction Free! My name is Jeri Jefferys, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Master Addiction Counselor, and Certified Health Coach, with over 25 years experience in behavioral health treatment and adult education. I'm also a person in long-term sustained recovery with lived experience, who knows first hand the many challenges that addiction creates and that recovery is not a one size fits all, but a personal process.

I provide individual treatment and recovery coaching to adults having difficulties with relationships, finances, health and overall well-being because of the use of alcohol, marijuana, drugs, or gambling.

I help people effectively cope with stressors, reach their goals, and create a healthy balanced life using current evidence based best practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, I welcome people who are at all different places with their use/behavior.

So whether you want to be abstinent, reduce your risks or strengthen your recovery plan, together we can improve your relationships, health, finances and well-being. We will create your personalized "tool box" of coping skills to manage life stressors, set realistic and attainable goals with manageable baby steps to get there, and develop a life that is aligned with who you are and what you value most.
