Great to meet you!

I’m Jerleen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado with a Master’s in Psychology from Alliant International University. I work with teens who feel weighed down by school, friendships, or self-doubt, and I’m here to help you cut through the noise and find your footing. I use CBT and DBT to give you tools that work in real life—not just in session—so you can manage stress, build confidence, and feel more in control. My office (or screen) is a safe space to be real, get a little messy, and laugh along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and tailored to you. I use CBT and DBT to give you practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, while also creating space to explore the deeper stuff that shapes how you feel and react. I believe therapy works best when it’s real—some days we’ll laugh, some days we’ll get messy, and every day we’ll focus on helping you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with tools you can actually use in real life—ways to manage stress, handle tough emotions, and navigate relationships with more confidence. We’ll work on breaking unhelpful patterns, building self-trust, and seeing yourself in a more compassionate light. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, supported, and more in control of your life, knowing you have what it takes to handle whatever comes next.
