Great to meet you!

I am a caring person that wants to engage in a conversation that helps a person feel safe, understood, and respected. I work with a wide range of clients from the ages of 11 to 70 plus years. I have many years of experience that include working with abuse issues, family issues, LGBTQ?, intimacy issues and divorce situations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to listen and reflect what a person says. To understand the feelings and emotions a person has and needs to express are very important to me for a very good therapeutic relationship. Each session will focus on a conversation that meets the needs of the client

What you can expect from me

Each client will be able to take away from each session that they have been heard and understood and we have explored many ways to resolve their issues. This begins with a conversation that is respected. During each session we will have a plan for them to achieve. This plan will be what they believe they can accomplish. The goal is to have a good conversation that addresses the issue they want to discuss.
