Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the past six years and have more than a decade of experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations. My areas of specialization include anxiety and depression, and I am committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to help my clients along the path to healing, personal growth, and a better tomorrow. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, in which we work together to identify and achieve meaningful goals. Trust serves as the foundation of my practice, and i strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, and exploring your goals. We will then develop a plan tailored to your unique needs.
