My approach to therapy

I have helped hundreds of clients through an empathetic, client centered, approach. I utilizes Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Techniques in my practice.

What you can expect from me

When clients leave a session with me I hope that they feel proud of the personal work they are doing in therapy. Our time together is a time for them to first feel heard and understood in a space that has no judgement or shame. I also hope they feel empowered to use the skills and techniques that we discuss in their daily lives. My goal is to have the work we do together in therapy to help them to improve their life outside of therapy.
