Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care. I specialize in psychiatric medication management.

I provide care to people experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, stress, and life transitions. Whether you are seeking a new psychiatric provider or establishing care for the first time, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I believe mental health treatment works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. I hope to understand each person’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals in order to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their needs and lifestyle.

I utilize an evidence-based approach to medication management and value open communication along with shared decision-making so patients feel informed and confident throughout the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take time to discuss their concerns, experiences, and treatment goals in detail.

We will review your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and any past treatment experiences to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs. I will also ask questions about stressors, sleep, mood, anxiety, attention, relationships, and daily functioning to help guide an accurate assessment and treatment plan.

At the end of the session, we will discuss recommendations, possible treatment options, and next steps collaboratively. This may include medication management, supportive strategies, lifestyle recommendations, or referrals for therapy and additional resources when appropriate. My goal is for clients to leave the first appointment feeling heard, understood, and supported with a clear plan moving forward.
