Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My clinical experience working with diverse individuals and presenting concerns has shaped my understanding of the ways relationships, identity, and lived experiences impact emotional wellbeing. Many of my clients are trying to better understand themselves, feel more confident in who they are, establish healthier patterns, and lead more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity and self-compassion. I see therapy as a space to better understand yourself, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I value authenticity and believe healing happens when we can approach ourselves with gentleness rather than judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s no longer serving you, build tools to navigate life’s challenges, and make room for more self-compassion, connection, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions will focus on getting to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy.
