Great to meet you!

Life can be messy and it can be scary to take a step toward change, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling 'off' and unsure why, you don't have to carry it alone. I believe therapy is a human connection and a shared journey, not just a clinical appointment.

As a therapist licensed in Oregon and Washington, I’ve spent over 10 years helping individuals and couples move through their hardest moments with curiosity and compassion. In our sessions, your unique story is the priority. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where we can explore your goals together—honoring exactly where you are while giving you the tools to grow into who you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing starts with feeling truly seen. My work is centered on empowering you to safely explore old wounds, build lasting resilience, and map out a creative path toward wellness. Having once been a therapy client myself, I know firsthand how transformative it is to find a therapist who listens deeply to understand who you were, who you are today, and who you hope to become. It is my joy to patiently walk alongside you on this journey every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle space for us to see how it feels to work together. While I’ll ask some questions to get a clear picture of what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to change, it is also an opportunity for you to see if my style feels right and to ask me anything on your mind. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling truly heard, seen, and hopeful about the path ahead.
