Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Jess- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, military wife, and mom of two toddlers. I have over a decade of experience supporting women through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including motherhood. My background spans schools, community mental health, substance abuse treatment centers, and child welfare.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths based approaching, helping clients identify practical strategies while also exploring deeper patterns that influence thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and make changes that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Think of your first session as a chance for us to really get to know one another. We'll go through a gentle intake where I ask you about your life, challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You can ask me anything you're wondering about the process or any other questions you may have. From there, we'll start putting together a personalized treatment plan- this will basically be a roadmap that will help guide our time together and reflect the goals you have for therapy. My desire is to make this feel like a safe, supportive space where you're heard and understood from the very first session.
