Great to meet you!

I have worked in the field of Behavioral Health for over 18 years. I have been a licensed clinician since 2013. I started my education in psychology at Frostburg State University for undergraduate studies and finished my Master's of Social Work in 2013 at Salisbury University. I work with Veteran's experiencing homelessness, Serve Worcester County of Maryland through the Crisis Response Team, and work in Developmental Disabilities creating and implementing behavior intervention plans. I am married and have two children. I enjoy riding bicycles of all kinds and exploring our world. I love nature, camping, and exploring new trails. It is my pleasure to serve you as we grow and change/enhance our path or learn to take the road less traveled.

My approach to therapy

I am energetic and bring a sense of humor to the sessions. I am passionate about people getting well and the planned change process. I am a life long learner and continue to participate in any learning opportunities to further my knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices to become a better servant to those in need. There is no right way, wrong way, or single way to recovery.

What you can expect from me

I hope you will find a sense of wellbeing and new perspective. Help one to recognize the barriers to your own strengths, individuality, and true self and help to improve the ability to manage an active internal system. To have someone that truly listens and assist humans to achieve self actualization. Aid in the process of learning skills to reduce problematic thoughts, behaviors, or emotions that lead us further from self. The door is open please enter!
