Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges that can make daily life feel overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional exhaustion, low motivation, irritability, or difficulty managing stress. You may be experiencing panic attacks, racing thoughts, mood changes, burnout, grief, or conflict in important relationships at home or work.

I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore what’s contributing to your distress. My goal is to help you better understand your emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress so you can feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care. We will work together to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, particularly in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship stress.

Together, we’ll identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build tools that improve emotional regulation, communication skills, and resilience. I believe therapy should feel both validating and empowering. You can expect a balance of support and gentle challenge as we focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to talk openly about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to change. We’ll explore the symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing — whether that includes anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, grief, burnout, or relationship concerns.

We will begin identifying your goals and outlining a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the progress we can make together.
