Great to meet you!

If you’re here, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not yourself lately—and you’re not alone. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, a mood that feels hard to shake, or past experiences that still seem to have a grip on your present, I’m here to help you move forward.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to open up about your story. My goal is to make therapy a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported — no pressure to perform, no expectation to be “fixed.” Just space to be real, reflect deeply, and move forward at your own pace.

I've been an LCSW since 2013 and I’ve supported individuals in a variety of settings — from K–12 schools to college campuses, from community mental health agencies to private practice. That journey has shaped my belief that healing isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about having a safe space to ask the right questions, explore your story, and reconnect with your own strength

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I work with people who are navigating big life transitions, coping with anxiety, or trying to move forward while feeling held back by fear, perfectionism, or self-doubt. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you don’t have to go through it alone — and that growth is possible, even when it doesn’t feel easy.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel seen, supported, and understood — not judged or rushed. You'll gain practical tools to manage anxiety, work through fear, and navigate life transitions with more confidence. We’ll explore the patterns and stories that have shaped you, while creating space for new insight, self-trust, and meaningful change. Most importantly, you won’t have to do it alone — I’ll walk with you, one step at a time.
