Great to meet you!
I, Jessica M. Bravo, grew up in Costa Rica and moved to North Carolina at age 11. I am a first generation native Spanish-speaker and mother of two beautiful children. I have a Master’s in Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
After working in social services with the Latinx community for over eight years, I decided to pursue my Master's degree and clinical license. I am passionate about mental health awareness, the impacts of generational trauma, and social / cultural conditioning. My areas of clinical focus are trauma, grief, and loss. I utilize various trauma-informed therapeutic modalities including IFS. I also specializes in relationship dynamics and marital issues.
