Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical counselor and art therapist who supports children, adults, and families through life’s transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood while building practical tools for everyday life. I specialize in infant and early childhood mental health, parenting, and emotional regulation, and I tailor care to fit your unique needs and experiences. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating relationships, or seeking deeper insight, we’ll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work in a warm, collaborative way that focuses on helping you feel safe, understood, and supported. I pay close attention to patterns in emotions, relationships, and the nervous system, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and includes a focus on emotional regulation, parenting, and infant and early childhood mental health. I also integrate reflective and creative approaches, helping you build insight while developing practical tools you can use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your goals, and any relevant background at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, and together we’ll begin identifying what support might look like moving forward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of our direction and some initial steps or tools to help you feel more grounded.
