Jessica Buice

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, life transitions, and patterns that can feel difficult to change. I have a particular passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients, including those exploring or coming into their identities later in life. There is no "right" timeline for knowing who you are, and I welcome the complexity that can accompany becoming more fully yourself.

My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative. I draw from mindfulness-based and existential approaches and integrate EMDR when appropriate.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to begin to get to know one another and what brings you to therapy at this time. I'll ask questions about what you're experiencing in the now, relevant parts of your personal history, and what you hope to experience in our work together.
