Great to meet you!

Our experiences shape how we move through our days. Maybe it shows up as anxiousness you can't explain, a heaviness that won't lift, or a sense that you've been holding something far too long. Perhaps you're a parent watching your child struggle and you're not sure where to turn or an adult navigating relationships. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it the same way forever.

I'm a therapist with 17 yrs of experience helping people in all phases of life heal from trauma, manage anxiety and stress, and find steadier ground. I hold a specialized certification in trauma, and teach/supervise clinicians at the graduate level. My experience working in schools give me a unique perspective when it comes to supporting children & families. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University and have advanced clinical training in relational and multi-contextual treatment of trauma. My background also includes extensive experience in school-based mental health, which has given me a strong understanding of the challenges children, teens, and parents face both at home and at school.

If you're ready to start your journey on a path towards healing, I'd love to connect. I offer telehealth sessions throughout New Hampshire. You don't have to have the right words ready. We can take it one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a real conversation. I'm warm, direct, and genuinely interested in what's happening in your life. My style is collaborative; we figure things out together.

I don't believe in a one-sized approach. Some people need to slow down and understand what happened to them before they can begin to heal. Others are ready to build new patterns right away. We'll follow what makes sense for you.

For trauma, I draw primarily on Trauma-Focused Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy and relational approaches including methods with strong evidence behind them, adapted to where you actually are at today.

I also believe that progress takes time and that the

relationship between therapist and client is one of the most

important parts of the process. I'll never rush you through

something you're not ready for.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so there is no expectation that you come in knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We will take things at a pace that feels right for you.

During our first meeting, I’ll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, what has been going on in your life, and what you hope might feel different with support.

My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can be yourself while also walking away with greater understanding, practical tools, and a clear sense of what we can work toward together.
