Jessica Carrigg (Jessie) is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for people of all ages. She believes effective psychiatric care begins with listening and understanding each person’s unique experiences and goals. Many people seek support when life feels overwhelming or scattered.

My approach to therapy

Carrigg Compassionate Care PLLC was created to offer a calm and supportive environment where patients can feel heard, understood, and guided toward greater stability and balance. Care is provided both in person and through secure telehealth appointments for patients throughout New Hampshire.
